Kiwi Bird Culture acted as the project manager and  oversaw the entire show. Our responsibilities included artist casting, stage bookings, marketing advertisements, sponsorship acquisition, stage setup, artist support, and monthly media project presentations. With meticulous planning and execution, we ensured a seamless and impactful event that entertained audiences and made a positive difference in the community.
